stay warm, drink lots of warm fluids, sleep well, and take a hot bath or shower.
also, for sore throats, get a lemon, sqeeze some juice into a bowl. pour in honey until it is a thickish mixtures, like a thin syrup. Then, take a spoon, lean your head back and try to drizzle it towards the back of your throat. If you get it in the back of your throat, it'll tingle and hurt on the way down, but it'll help the sore throat heal and act as an anti-cough syrup. Don't use too much even if it tastes good, otherwise the citrus from the lemon will hurt your stomach
for your stuffy nose. If possible, buy one of those nasel squeezy things that lets you squeeze a saline mist into your nose. Use it, and blow your nose. those work wonders.
again for the throat. Get a cup of water, pour A Lot of salt, mix it up, and gargle. Not that yummy but it also works.
