Ironically, he's really sweet. Unbelievably sweet. Hasn't even tried flaring, though he's quite enthusiastic about his pellets.
I understand he's not a complete melano, but... melano w/ some silver irridescence? Did I get that right?
I'm thinking about breeding him. That's why I got him actually... I think he's quite pretty.
It was between him and an inch-long solid red DBT but I loved his color and he was the only nice one- his smaller brother had a crooked spine.
Delta, am I correct? He was sold as a HM but I don't think he is. I'm still trying to coax him to flare.
So, without further ado, here is little one and a half inch Cortez, who has already blown a teeny little bubblenest for me. (Yes, I know he's a bit bloated, I'll sort that out.)
Btw pics do no justice. His dorsal fin is much more shiny, as is his body and other fins. He's covered in silver almost.
