I think every interracial part korean couple I've seen has been korean female to other race male, lol. my mom married a guy that was in the military stationed in korea and he moved her over to the states and later she met my dad. my dad ended up helping move some of my mom's family over after they were married

yeah, I think I've had 2 people correctly guess 1/2 Korean, one was a friend's dad who had been in the military stationed in several asian countries, and the other was a guy that worked with a lot of different asian people

wow, we have similar parent stories but for me, my dad was in the army station in Seoul. He worked in a chapel, where he met my grandma and then my mom. They had a long distance relationship (letters) for like a year and then she flew over and they got married. Now my korean grandparents live here and I have 2 korean aunts and 1 uncle in the states. The only other korean family member in the states is my mom's aunt.

I don't know much about my mom's previous husband (except he was the "get rich quick" kind of guy who never kept a real job). but my grandparents did live here (both deceased now). one of my mom's sisters is in toronto, other sister is still in korea as well as one of my mom's brothers, the other 3 brothers are in the states. well, actually, one of my uncles gets shipped all over for his job, but I think he considers the states home, lol. believe that my dad helped with all the ones that came to the u.s.

I honestly have no idea what nationality I am. I was adopted. :P My parents dont' know either. I get ppl saying that I look Asian, South American, East European, Middle Eastern even! Yes, my bf is Asian. xD He's from Vietnam.

If I am Asian- I think I would do a happy dance xD

I'm adopted too, but in my case I know I came from Korea. I'm pretty sure I'm only half Korean though. I just don't look like a full Korean. My face isn't round enough.

Seriously though, she has aged very well. I hope she passes that on to me. Sakura, I think you could be full Korean. One of my korean aunts has a more oval face.
