New Fish Tank Bookends =d iPond too pricy...

But these ones were only ten dollars each at Wal Mart.

After a week from FISH HELL when most of the members of my sorority fell prey to one illness or another, I originally decided "I am OVER fish."

after calming down a bit, I decided to actually do something productive with my two survivors, since after cleaning the heck out of my ten gallon sorority tank I put my Kamau baby in it.

So...voila. I made Aurilee and Malika my fish book ends. Look ^^

Malika

Aurilee

and to assure you that I'm not retarded and keeping them in hideous tiny things...

2 gallon jars =)

and just for good measure, because I got a new boy to put in my six gallon

Freyr

I'm glad my week of fish hell is over.

On the 6 gal that plant on the left is not aquatic (if its a live plant that is). Nice bookends :P

Very cute :) I advise finding some sort of mesh to put over the top of the jars so the girls can't jump out if they start feeling jumpy.

Edit: HARRY POTTER!!!! *flailspazzz* :D ELDEST!!! *FLAILSPAZZZZZZZZZZZZ* :D

That plant is fine, I have had mine in the big tank for many many months..it is still healthy, I was told that I couldn't keep it there when I first bought my plants. It has outlived most of my "aquatic" plants.

@Alex09 which left? The left of the viewers or the left to the fish (I really hope that makes sense to you because that totally does in my head)

Left of the fish. Sure the plant may survive for a few months but it will still eventually die on you. Keep an eye on it ;)
