Ok this is non-betta related, the fish in subject are jaguar ciclid hybrids. The tank owner's fish spawned by total surprise and instead of destroying the eggs before they hatched all of them stayed and now they are getting huge now. The mother died and now they are attacking the father and he doesn't know what to do with them.
He asked me if I wanted to keep of few of them and I told him that I only have a 5 gallon (which is reserved for Cream) there's no way I'm going to have space for them, plus they are big fish that have a long life span its no way 5 gallons is going to be suitable for them. He told me a fish will only grow as big as the tank allows them O_o.
But anyway what should I suggest to him? I told him to try selling them he told me that the LFS that he used to frequent went out of business I did try telling him to try aquabid but he said he didn't wanna go through the hassle of shipping. I really don't know what to do here.
