stuff gowing on my habitat

evening errrrbody
i have stuff growing on the walls of my tank and everything else.
clear little jelly fish looking things or like a little tumble weed attached to the glass by one thing little strand. they sway back and forth with the water. should i be concerned?

Sounds like snail eggs or perhaps some kind of hydra--it should be harmless, but if there's a lot of them it may be a sign that you're overfeeding. Using pellets instead of flakes and making sure that you net out any uneaten food should help--limiting the lighting in the tank should cut back on algae and infusoria that might be feeding them too.

hmm there are different types of hydra? I've only seen the kind that look like a tree branch. I'll try limiting the lighting since there's on 1 betta who eats 3 to 4 pellets through out the day. is it possible to have snail eggs with out snails?
