Breeding Stock in Canada

Hi there!

So after my last post which i feel is so foolish now, yes, it makes a lot of sense NOT to breed pet store fish... i'd just be adding to the already huge population of betta fish in pet stores.

Anyways, I would like to get a pair of nice betta fish, and I was wondering if there was anyone on the board in Canada that has some stock fish? Or the USA?
I'm not quite sure what the import laws are for fish (if there are any?)

I'm only familiar with parrot import laws which are not nice... haha

BettaBoy84 is in Canada. I think he has a few spawns on the go right now so he's a little busy but maybe try PMing him. :)

I've also seen a couple Canadian sellers on aquabid; The user Canadabettas has some real nice looking fish.
