Snail Eggs?

I was just about to clean out my tanks and I found a bunch of snail eggs on the lid of Jazz's Kritter Keeper. There's only one snail in there with him. Should I just clean them off or what?

Just scoop out the eggs and put them in a paper towel or dry cup with a lid and throw them away. If you don't want to keep them that is, if you do you have becareful or they will overpopulate your tank quickly.
Especially due to overfeeding, but some might populate anyway if not overfed.
