At least not anymore!! I used to have 7 girls in a 20 gallon divided so that there were 2 males to either side of them.
Well, I promised them I'd get a new tank for the boys so that they wouldn't have to share anymore... and wouldn't have to tolerate any more aggressive flaring through the dividers.
^_^
And a good fish-mom always keeps her promises.
I'm up to 9 girls now in the 20 gallon:
I am TOTALLY loving this tank. It's like... my new baby. Haha.
What I'm wondering is, IF I find any more gorgeous girls, would it be safe to add more? And if so, how many more? I'd obviously rather play it safe!
I do a 10-20% water change every week. It's filtered, heated and is all real plants. :)
