IDK.....hmm my HMPK blue dragon male just flares all day (now that I put all my jars in tanks with heaters) but when he's with his sister he won't even attack...he'll just flare and chase but no biting.
My old CT Rex was afraid of my snail. I got the snail to clean up the algae and he wouldn't stop hiding. Then I moved the snail in with another betta, Hermes, and he loved him.
