Our Pond (Pics included)

I just figured you guys would get a kick outta this, and i didnt wanna post it in any Betta related chat, because its a koi pond and goldfish bucket(lol that sounds funny)

Anyways, i asked my mom about how many gallons our pond out back is and she said she couldnt quite remember, but she wanted to say about 1750.
It currently houses...too many fish for me to want to try and count.
Its all built by us (me, my mom, and my dad) although i was only about 12 when it was built so i didnt help much, but dig.
its been around for nearly 6ish years. (quite possibly longer)
We had more fish in it and more koi, but we decided to have a yard sale a couple years back, and everyone left the water hose on in the pond (to fill it up from the evaporation) well it got left in for about a day, and ended up killing our biggest koi due to chlorine (so we think)

Anywho, imma end this wall of text and show some pics.

this is the gold fish bucket. not quite sure how many gallons.

This is from behind the filter to our pond.

This one is showing off my moms beautiful hand made waterfall <3

heres a side shot of the whole pond, including our grape vines growing over it.(sorry for sunlight lol)

and now pictures of the fish.

(PS these fish look alot smaller than what they really are...the big koi with the black splotchs has to be roughly 14+inchs long lol.

Anyways thats it, i just thought you guys might wanna check out what i has in my backyard. xD

Sheesh that big koi is HUGE. I havent ever seen a koi that size in a pond in someone's yard, just at the city gardens we have here.
It's very pretty, your mom did a great job on the waterfall!

I'm with Disco, that's a GREAT backyard Looks like a really comfy place to relax and unwind from the day to day pressures and recoup ones sanity... nothing like water effects and some fish to restore ones tranquility
