brown algae on divider/some plants

I have brown algae on my divider and some plants what should I do?

Most likely diatoms and should easily wipe off and remove with a water change-this is normal in new set ups and usually will resolve once the tank matures-it can also be caused by old light bulbs, and/or Tannins- from use of blackwater products, IAL, oak leaf, new driftwood and can be harder to get off.

I have a Horned Nerite Snail in my tank to get rid of algae like that, just one for a 5 gallon tank works wonders for me.
