Beautiful work!

I spin yarn, knit and crochet....but since I've been in school I haven't had any free time.

And now there's this fish obsession....

CoverMeInClay: Nah, I've never made a sweater before.. but I have been thinking about it as well as a badass shawl I saw where you can pretty much do whatever you want with it ^.^ And no prob, I'm just glad it was useful to you!
dramaqueen: Thanks ^.^

I just made a headband from a bandana. I'm not a crafty person, but it was a ton of fun!

Crappy webcam picture, but whatever :P

I cut up a bandana into 6 one-inch strips, and braided them into two strips. I then cut a hair elastic so it was a straight band, and sewed it onto the braids. Ta-da!

This tutorial shows it a lot better than I can explain: http://www.maryjanesandgaloshes.com/...-tutorial.html

Ah, cool, I wouldn't mind learning how to spin yarn ^.^ But I don't have anything to use, really so that's just gonna have to come later for me..

Edit: Oh, and I can FULL heartedly agree with the fish obsession -.-;

You can pick up a spindle and some wool roving cheaply. That's how I started and moved up to a cheap wheel. Fun hobby, but I think I permanently ruined my thumb because of it.

I cross-stitch, when I have time. I do counted, and I love it. Working on a pillow for my mother-in-law (for over 2 years now. I'm having to completely re-do the cross-stitch I'm putting on the cover because it got ruined).

Also dabble in the 1/6th scale (think Barbie doll sized figures that are realistic and not so kiddy) community. I like to make clothes, mainly for character figures. Tiny buttons and buttonholes are a pain!

Tried to learn to knit once - epic failure! Keeping with cross-stitching.

I think knitting comes easier to lefties. I'm left-handed.
