Question Dark And Light Fry

Does anybody know if there is a difference between the brown and light fry? Does it determine gender or colouring or do they just look like that until their colour comes in?

I haven't seen a gender difference in my fry based on color.

What about future colouring? Do darker fry end up being a darker shade than the lighter fry?

In general dark bodied fry will have dark bodies once they mature, unless they're marbles, and light colored fry will have light bodies as they mature. That's what I've seen in my current spawn.

ahh so if they were dragons then their faces would be dark or light depending on the colours they show now?
