Some fish more photogenic than others?

I have 4 bettas. My girl and my red VT are the easiest things i've ever taken pictures of. Now, my two other boys are not very photogenic AT ALL! It's like they see me coming with my camera and run lol.

Does anyone else seem to have this frustration?

Hehe, I just put a mirror in one hand and a camera in the other when my boy tries to run :P

Yeah, I do! Only one of my bettas likes me taking pictures of him, he's such a coquettish fish! The other four... one of my girl seems to take it easily, but the other girl and my two other boys are never EVER still for a moment!

Definitely! I have one (Maxi) who poses and will actually stop and look at me to make sure I got the pic before he changes position. The others - I'm lucky if I can get a blur and call it a photo of a fish.

My fish HATES pictures.. I have to sneak and be really quick or they blur. which just sucks because int he week I've had him he has changed colors so much, I just wish I could have a before and now picture.

I don't think they get used to cameras since they're never sold on AB. My fry are always getting photo shoots and seem to end up as better photo takers than pet bettas. I guess it just depends.

My AB fish is terrible at taking pictures, he's a major wiggle worm! I can't get a good pic of him to save my life! Zim on the other hand is the prince of pictures. My late Fru was the best at pics, he posed and his colors showed up so beautifully. Chance and Haze are bad picture takers too, but that's because they move too much and their colors don't show up well.
