mP3 Player?

Hey all, just wanted some suggestions! I've been thinking of buying a new mp3 player lately with money I will (hopefully) get from my birthday/Christmas.

Here's what I have currently.

I've had it for about 5 years now. I bought it during a Black Friday sale. Anyway, it's pretty good. I've had no problems with it. It's just that with only 2 GB of storage space, there's not nearly enough room for anything that I want.

So I've been thinking of buying a nice new mp3 player with some new features...I'm thinking of 8GB. It'd be nice if it has radio and video capabilities as well. Or games...that'd be pretty cool...

Just...I'm not so big on ipods.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Get a Microsoft Zune :) I don't like Ipods either. My first MP3 player was this
It's a 1GB Sandisk and it was $120
Then I upgraded to this...a Creative Zen Vision M , 32 GB...it was $250


Currently I have this and I love it. It's a 16GB Zune...it was $170



Currently you can get Zune MP3 players in 2, 8 or 16 GB that look like the one above.

You can get 80 and 120's that look like this:



Also Zune makes touch screen HD players that look like this:

They come in 16, 32 and 64.

The prices vary from store to store.

I'm a die hard ipod fan so I'm not going to be of much help. I have a 30GB ipod (the first video one). I'm probably going to be getting a new one soon because it's getting worn out.

I have an Iriver H10 that I got 5 years ago? It still works. I highly recommend their products. This thing has been dropped, stepped on, stolen by the dog, used for several years everyday of my life, and the battery still holds its charge fairly well. I have the smaller 5g size and think that it was perfect. They're rather inexpensive too.
My dad used some alternative programming for it though that made it easier to use I think. Some people have some problems with their computers not recognizing it and syncing it though.
I'm not an Ipod fan. At all, and I do love most of Apple's products.

No, I avoided ipods like the plague, but I'm all interested in the touch. Though, more so for DH and for me to mess with LOL! I'll use whatever MP3 player I have though. I just use them when I'm cleaning.

My sister is really into ipods. She's gotten every new gen. of Nano that's come out, which I personally find silly. She also recently saved up and bought herself an ipod touch.

That Zune HD looks gorgeous...and I'm a sucker for touch screen...but I Googled it for price and it seems that it's not available outside of US. Maybe I can convince my parents to cross over to Detroit when I come to visit and see if I can find it...the place we usually go to shop at has a Best Buy.
