hmm, yea add more plants and such. I would suggest Hornwort. Mine love it, though it is messy. If this keeps up you might have to remove the dominant.

Lol, well then maybe you should put her in a time out. Though I'd be worried about leaving 3 girls together while the other is out of the tank. That's the main reason most have more than 4, so that if one has to be removed for a bit, the others won't gang up on one.

I'd take all of them out except 1, (the one being picked on), and rearrange the WHOLE tank and leave the female you chose in there for a few minutes. Then add the other females, (The trouble maker being last), which will make the first one you added the Alpha, and hopefully stop the Goober from picking on her. Worth a try if you don't want to get any more females. :/

I think we are just going to see how it goes today and if not then just separate them for good. It's just strange because when we take Kitty out (the most aggressive one) then the other three get along great. They sometimes chase each other but no nipping and barely any flaring.

at this point we are going to break up the sorority. we don't want to let it run with just three, and we also dont want to add more fish when some of the girls in there are still torn up from last night. we are just going to divide up the 10 gallons and work on getting fins to heal up.
