Excited! but i need a little help

Wow, i really miss this place, school hs kept me so busy! im glad to be back. Well heres the story, my friend (she owns 3 bettas) went on a trip and asked me to watch her bettas, she brought their tanks over and she left. She has been home for atleast 4 days now and hasnt asked for her fish back (she has told me several times shes not interested in them anymore) so i might be able to keep them! im super excited...but i need help, all 3 of her bettas are badly bloted and i have no idea how to help them. Please i need some advice, she dosnt care for them well and if i take them in i want the best for them. Thankies

keep the water warm and clean, and fast them for a day or 2. bloat is usually just the result of over feeding and will go away after a day or 2 of fasting. congrats on the free bettas!

ya im really hopin she will let me keep them...alright they are in need of a water change so i will do that this weekend..i was looking for tank upgrades but i might have to wait...im going from 6 bettas to 9

You might try feeding them daphnia after fasting.

You can use either freeze dried or frozen. They should have it at Petco or Petsmart.
