Poor little guy, whatever he has sounds terrible! :(

Could you please post a picture of him, if possible?

What taylor said.

Also, can it possibly be related to the mouth fungus you reported previously?
http://www.bettafish.com/showthread.php?t=55141

It sounds like he may have;
A) Re-opened the wound
B) Not been fully cured and it has come back
C) The wound allowed something else to get into his system
D) The fungus did more damage than you realised
E) All the medications have caused internal damage

alright she had to go so I'm going to give you the information she has.

1.5 gallon tank with no filter, air stone, or heat. Not sure what the temp is and he is by himself.

He is feed food aqueon and betta food for bettas daily

Weekly water changes, and all the water. She adds E.M. erythromycian

A few weeks ago he developed a white bump on his head and she began to treat him for ich, the bump went away but recently came back larger then before. She's only had him for about 2 months and he's been sick a good portion of the time.

Well, the most likely reason he keeps getting sick is poor water quality and no heat. Both of these compromise his immune system so any little disease can take root.

In a 1.5 gallon without a filter the water should be changed every other day. While he is sick the water should be changed daily.

Most medications will also state a maximum number of days you are allowed to treat for, any longer and it will start to kill the fish. The best way to treat any illness isn't with medication but daily water changes and a little aquarium salt (max 10 days of salt).

I agree with Malvolti... more water changes, a heater and thermometer, and less medicine would do the little guy some good...

The medicine could be stressing him out, making it even harder for him to recover... It's not a good idea to use medicine unless you are positive of what you are treating. The wrong medicine could do more harm than good.
