Pick up a 25 watt adjustable if you can! Some people on the forums have problems with presets, so I would try an adjustable...

I have a 25 watt adjustable in my dorm room, and it keeps my fish comfortable! My dorm is terribly drafty, so I got a 25 watt because it's a bit higher powered. And you'll want an adjustable one so that when your room gets cold you can turn up the heater! :)
