Fish in a 5 gal?

(don't forget about the filter!)

For the 5g tank you could get some of these micro-species;
celestrial danio (3/4")
pygmy corydoras (3/4")
ember tetra (3/4")
scarlet badis (3/4")
guppy
endlers
betta
shrimp

I probably missed afew. Most of these are softwater fish. They have all been aproved by experts. Most don't get more than an inch.

Too bad it's not at petco! lol I am holding a grudge against petsmart for selling me a sick fishy. =( But I STILL might have to check that sale out. Hopefully they have it here where I live!

The only thing you could keep in a 5 is a Dwarf Gourami. But, betta's and them fight.

The opinion of experts differ, but dwarfs should be kept in pairs (1 male to 1 female) in a tank no smaller than 15 gallons.

These fish aren't suitable for a 5 gallon tank, though.
