where/how to get cheap spring water for my bettas?

well im running short on my money now...
and i have a 10g tank. I just did 50% water change yesterday....
and everytime i do 100% water change i use api betta water conditioner (5 bucks per little bottle). so i use 5 teaspoons on my 10g everytime i do 100% water change.

well im gonna do 100% water change this weekend and my water conditioner is running out.

so far the cheapest way to dechloranate my water is by this method.

is there anyway cheaper / hot to make your own dechloronate water?
i use tap water and i think my bettas guna have problem with tap water alone.
i got 5 bettas in 10g divided.

Try Prime water conditioner, it's about the same price as API but only uses about 2 drops per gallon.

Spring water isn't necessarily cleaner than tap water.

tetra aquasafe (avalible at walmart for like $8 in the big bottle) only takes 1 teaspoon for 10 gallons. the big bottle will treat 700 gallons if you follow the dosing instructions. thats waaaay cheeper then buying springwater or w/e

Its ok, overdosing doesnt usually harm the fish so long as its not like half the bottle lol. I know I usually put in a bit more than what is on the instructions (by accident; I eyeball the dose) and the fish are fine. I use the tetra safe.
