Right now for anti-fungal i have Mardel Maroxy which is liquid , gram positive too, because I had to medicate my brackish puffers and it covered salt and freshwater. I do have Mardel Maracyn-Two tablets for anti-bacteria is broad spectrum. I also have, now that im looking API MelaFix which is nice for open wounds on fish I use it a lot after breeding's. The internal parasite pellet food i have is by Jungle.
I think for a supply kit a broad spectrum needs should be included.
I have heard fish are usually infected most of the time with gram negative bacteria but I'm not sure about it.

A decent sized clean container that hasnt had chemicals in it as an emergency home incase for a tank breakage.
For the water changes on my 3 tanks I have a plastic bucket that is only used for doing tank water changes,this can be used as a temp tank if " poo hits the fan" situations arise.

I say net in case of emergency.
I was babysitting one day and while i was downstairs talking to the mom, her little kid got into the bathroom and poured half a bottle of children shampoo in their fish tank. somehow all their fish lived. but even though a net can be hard on a fish it is better than nothing in an emergency

i definitely think everyone should have an emergency/hospital tank. something thats about a gallon which can be used to treat sickness or in a poo hits the fan situation as tomsk put it

A siphon pump or some sort of tubing can make water changes a lot more easier.
