Arrow antibotics?

i contacted a local fish guy about my betta's fin deteriation and lethargic attitude lately. he gave me some detailed and helpful information. the only issue i am having is that he suggested an antibotic(s) called "Furance and Oxylinic Acid." i just wanted a second opinion, and where do i buy fish antibotics?
i feel bad for Ali. Hes a good fish. I'm a bad owner.

Sorry you are having problems, however, antibiotic are not always the best first treatment.......we may be able to help you with a better treatment.....

How big is the tank, how much and how often are the water changes and when was the last one, filtration, live plants, additives used, water temp, appetite, how long has he had fin issues and any other symptoms, how long have you had him and can you post a pic......
