A nice menu for my Betta

First off great name. Bugsy is my nickname my Dad calls me...

I feed, frozen bloodworms, frozen brineshrimp, flake, pellets and a new thing my bettas just love is the very tiny hikari food for guppies. It is so tiny but the bettas just gobble it up.

I have tried freeze dried bloodworms but they will not eat them but love the frozen, so I alternate my food choices everyday.

It doesn't hurt bettas at all to fast every week, even twice a week. Feeding a pea or daphnia before fasting gets everything out and lets the digestive tract rest a little.

Now when you say a Pea are you talking about just the inside not the skin. Fresh peas im guessing not can peas.

Now i just got done reading
MUST READ! General Betta Care and FAQ (V. 3.0) Stickey and it said that Vegetables such as peas can cause severe damage to a betta’s digestive tract and should be avoided. Whats the real deal.

Bettas are meat eaters. They normally don't eat vegetables in the wild.
