Something like...
Dear Youtube,
We here at bettafish.com believe that you are violating your own terms by allowing betta fish fights to be posted on your site. You explicitly say to not "post videos showing bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, under-age drinking..." You as a company should follow your own regulations. There is argument that the betta fights are common in thiland and malaysia as a sport. This is true however these fights are closley monitored by the fishes keepers and the fish are cared for after the fight. It is part of their culture and tradition and this is allowed however mauck betta fights are posted by children who do not understand fighting is reserved for a specific type of betta bred and cared for to fight. It is a common misconception that fish cannot feel pain it is also a misconception that fish are differnt then otehr animals some how. In fact fish do feel pain there have been numerous studies proving this fact and this makes them the same as any other animal. Sadly this is one of many animal abuse issues, we feel that you are flagrantly disobeying your own posting rules making you untrustworthy as a company. ...

I dont know something along those lines... I found another video of a kid holding a white cloud minnow for the betta to attack and when it was injured threw the minnow in the water with it. He was trying to train a veiltail betta to be aggressive like one of the plakat fighters >:(

That's terrible! Who would put an injured white cloud with a Betta??

Also, Creat, another thing we could add to the letter about how Betta fighting is a culture in Asia. I've seen lots of videos of Bettas fighting from peoples rooms, probably in the USA, and even a Betta fighting ring in either Haiti or Dominican Republic.

Also, you could include that just because it's their culture to make Bettas fight doesn't mean they have to show it on youtube.

You explicitly say to not "post videos showing bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, under-age drinking..." You as a company should follow your own regulations. Betta fighting is undoubtedly animal abuse. watching any animal fight for sport is wrong and most are illegal. Unfortunately you still allow illegal activities to be posted. There is argument that the betta fights are common in many Asian cultures as a sport. This is true however these fights are closely monitored by the fishes keepers and the fish are cared for after the fight. It is part of their culture and tradition and this is an exception however mock betta fights are posted by children who do not understand fighting is reserved for a specific type of betta bred and cared for to fight. And even so just because it is a cultural tradition does not mean that it is appropriate to post. It is a common misconception that fish cannot feel pain it is also a misconception that fish are different then other animals some how. In fact fish do feel pain there have been numerous studies proving this fact and this makes them the same as any other animal.
