Exclamation HELP! I think he ate an amano shrimp!

So... I seem to be missing one of my amano shrimp!! I removed all the decorations just to make sure...

My betta's belly looks super bloated and it also looks greyish in color. I can only assume he ate one. Lately I have seen him chasing them around more, but have never actually watched him nip at one.

Anyways, he's still quite active and swimming around as usual - So no major behavioral changes.

Do I need to worry about his bloated belly? Or do I just not feed him for a few days and see what happens?

I'm also concerned because of the color change in the most bloated part which is at the very bottom of his belly. The grey is kinda sickly looking in comparison to his vibrant blues and reds. Is this to be expected for his condition?

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!!

Anyone?

He's still really bloated... Guess I'll just and see what happens

When I put his floating mirror in this morning, a huge poop popped out. I suppose that's a good sign

lol! I would fast him for a couple of days to get all that shrimp cleaned out. I'm sure he enjoyed his shrimp buffet. lol

Ahaha, Im sure he did, the little piggy :p
And fasting sounds like a good idea, the mirror'll help too, mine always seems to poop his brains out when he sees himself. Ohsigh.
