Triad & Lumen

Well after going through a blizzard to try and get some plants, only to find out that the ones I got, (Gold Ribbon & Kyoto) are not aquatic - -" Luckily I also bought 2 new Betta's :D 1 a mulit-colored Dragon Double-tail named Triad. And the other, a green iridescent female VT named Lumen. Sadly it appears that Lumen has Swim Bladder disease :( I don't really know how to treat it, but could someone please give me some advice? She felt out of her cup and onto the bookcase only for a second, it was like a 2" drop. Could that be why?

Anyway here's a pic of Triad: So handsome.

Couldn't get a pic of Lumen, she swims too crazy.

Sorry about your plants, and nice DT, but he's not a dragon (at least it really doesn't look like it in this picture). Just an iridescent :)

Can't wait for pics of the female...

I don't think a fall would cause the swim bladder. I dropped my fish from two feet on the carpet and luckily he wasn't injured and he was fine after an hour of recovering.
I hope she gets better, and your boy is very pretty btw.

Yeah. He isnt a Dragon.. But he is very pretty! :]. And for the swim bladder. Just seperate her add some aqua salt into her cup and keep the water heated at 80 degress and fast her for a few days. She should start to feel better.

Okay here are some new pics from this morning! They both seem to be doing okay, Triad didn't eat, but I guess that's normal and that he's just settling in. I'm gonna fast Lumen for a few days to see if the Swim Bladder is from constipation, but to me it really looks like a deformity from her spine. It looks kind of crooked, like an S shape. Well maybe you guys can help me out, I got some pics of her and Triad.

Triad:

Lumen:

Well there they are. Triad is really a whole splash of colors lol, Purple, blue, green, red. And Lumen is really pretty, I just hope she'll be okay. Could you guys see what I was talking about with her spine? In the 2nd and 3rd pics I think you can see it.
