I'm mad at them too right now. I ordered some marimo balls off Ebay on November 18th I believe and they're coming from England (I live in the states) and they were supposed to be here in 14 business days which would have been last Thursday and still no sign of them.

Here's the best solution to anyone's worries.

When you want to buy something online, go ahead and contact the seller and ask for UPS shipping. They're fast, reliable, and they're Unionized so you know you're buying from people with legit worker's rights.

That's what I'm doing next time. I feel SO stupid! >n<

I just sent my mom a Christmas gift of a crystal cat using UPS. I am so worried it is going to be broken before she gets it. She just had 2 cats past away each within a month and she really needs the uplift.

They pretty much dont update delivery status until its been delivered..its kinda stupid actually.

I got flat-rate shipping that was supposed to take a week, but it only took about 4 or 5 days.
