Aquarium Salt Questions

Just added some Aquarium Salt to my 10 gal tank as my betta's fins all of a sudden became torn and light. [I blame my awful work schedule that had me push back a water change >.<]

I added 2 tbsp dissolved in a cup of water from the tank and added it in slowly.

My question is, what now? The box was not very helpful lol
Do I need to do water changes in the next day or so?
If so do I add more Salt?
How long should I keep dosing the tank?

Thanks in advance.

Don't dose for any longer than 10 days.

A dose is 1 teaspoon per gallon.

You should do daily partial water changes to encourage healing. How much depends on how many fish are in the tank.

When doing changes replace the amount of salt you remove. If you change 50% of the water then you removed 50% of the salt aswell so you'll need to add that much back.
