Drax? What you doin!?

He seems to be a very determined little thing!

Seems when I had redecorated the tank I had dropped a purple stone behind the large Green Emerald and the Emerald is now edged in a corner...

I've gotten Reports that Drax is now constantly if not ALWAYS hovering around the emerald trying to WEDGE himself behind the Emerald to see whats behind it.
The Emerald is not Sharp... to a point but could this Furiously Wedging to get back there hurt his delicate fins? To give him Dialog it's probably like...

"MUST SEE WHATS BEHIND BIG GREEN SHINY THING! GRAAAA!"
*Wedges*
"GHAA! MUST GET BACK THERE!"
*Wedges*

Not to be mean but I almost feel like just leaving it that way because... it's just a purple stone, not food back there maybe keep his curiosity up hahaha it's giving him something to do.

Lol! That's so cute! I don't know if it could hurt him, though.

My betta seems to have a similar fascination with squeezing between the tiniest places he can possibly fit. I constantly worry that he's going to tangle himself up in anubias roots because he likes to swim in all the tiny gaps.

I don't think he will hurt himself...My females like to wedge between the betta log/tank & it has what could be rough edges (if one pushes hard enough), but they haven't hurt themselves yet & it's been like a month.

Betta's are curious creatures. Long as there are no jagged edges, nothing wrong with keeping the items in the tank.

When I get home tomorrow I'll try to capture him doing it on film it really is cute watching him doing it...

Just that Emerald isn't sharp but... well... it's Faceted so it's got some CUT to it.
