Initial set-up, pics, no fish.

I don't have the fish yet, or even a fish cave, or most of the plants I want. This is just the very initial start, with gravel I bought to-day, in a teal Aqueon Mini-Bow 5 gallon. I will be watching the shells carefully, and I want to test for Ph once I buy the kits, so if they're messing anything up, I'll take them out. The bamboo has all but one shoot of leaves out of the water, and again, I will be watching to see how they're doing, and will remove them all if needed.

And I know I made that pick smaller on photo-bucket. I have no clue why this one is so big...

Looking very nice. Did the safe thing by getting your tank prepped first....

Thank you! If I hadn't found this site, I would probably have gotten some half-gallon/gallon 'betta cube'... but this is already so much more fun, and I'll get a happier fish. ^^
