Any Ever-Changing Marble Betta?

Hi there, I have been watching my betta, Heroman, VERY closely and I've begun to notice several things about him that are changing.

• His body was dark blue, but now it's almost purpley.
• He used to have red on his fins, but now it's turning orange.
• There are white-ish lines that follow the natural curve of his caudal fin, but the most drastic change is
• HIS EYES. They used to be brown but now they're orange on top and white on bottom.

I think these may be signs of my royal blue being an ever changing marble.
Anyone else have this experience?

Marbles are fairly common, I have had several which I have either directly or indirectly received from a pet store. It is not unusual at all to find them hiding among the non-marble stock. Most of mine started out mostly white or cellophane and developed into solid blue or blue and red bettas.

Do betta typically follow a pattern though? I mean, will he become white or cellophane or will he just change from blue and red to some other dark colors?
In addition, once he changes once, will he stop? Like, we he stay a lighter color?
