So, I went to Petco today...

And I didn't realize they added new types of Bettas. That's exciting! I was totally checking out the HMPK and the DBTHMPK. They had some pretty ones there, but nothing that really caught my eye. I'm sad that I didn't get one today, but I'm excited to keep looking. :D

I should probably find out when they get new stock in too!

:D I love looking at a Petco further away than normal whenever I can--they're the only ones around here that carry fancy boys. I can look at them for a long time.

Petco is so out of the way for us. LOL! I wish Petsmart sold all the types Petco does! My Petsmart is down the street!

I'm near both :P

But PetCo takes 10x better care of its Bettas than PetSmart does, plus they have nicer ones, which is why I'm getting my next two from PetCo (I have space for two more :P).

I actually have space for two as well , I just don't know what I want to do with the extra tank (kritter keeper) yet.

I've had up 9 at once before and that got overwhelming for me (having two kids is enough work as it is! LOL!) So, 1-2 is my max I think. I do enjoy animals and having something to care for.

And for me it would be three fish, two tanks (1 divided 10 gallon, 1 5 gallon hex), so it would be two water changes, which really wouldn't be that difficult. But she won't want me to :( My dad is okay with it though.

Hmmmm, well you could put one betta in a 10 gallon and have other things in with him/her. ;)

Like cories or something.
