Petco made me sad today...

I went to Petco today because someone had said theirs was having a 99c Betta sale. Mine wasn't, but I was APPALLED at how badly they were being cared for. The last time I was there they were all alive with clean water. This time there were several dead ones. One was dead, and was in water SO YELLOW it was partly opaque. I didn't have the money to get one, but I just had to share because it broke my heart. I would have told someone at the store, but I am EXTREMELY shy. I am planning on getting another from Walmart this Wednesday. I wouldn't get one until I had my 10 gallon with heater if it weren't for the fact that I need to QT it first... So wish me luck that I find a nice, healthy guy. Thanks!
