sooo its been a few weeks now

my fish seems to be doing great little update picture. seems he has grown a little bit in just a short time. my further plan is more live plants the java moss and java ferns took off great so did the banana root plant. also be buying some fish to go in the tank with him thats compatable after christmas. its strange but betta have somuch personality far more then i ever expected from a fish. ill look at the glass he swims to watch me. tank is near my pc so i look over there every so often and where ever he is at. he will swim out to see what i am looking at . lol he hates the dog if the dog is near me when i am at the desk chair flairs up at the dog and everything.

I yet have to come up with a name yet that best discribes him.

he's so pretty, I see a Japanese name. I dunno why.
Hotaru is nice, it means "firefly" and I love that name for Bettas.
Akira, Akio or Hideaki all mean "bright".

Ahaha I named a fish Shamu... just cuz I went to all this length to get my friend a black orchid crowntail female and my friend didn't like her because she had a curved back and small, brown eyes. I felt bad that I didn't have a sorority to put her in because my friend gave her to her little sister because she didn't want her in her sorority...
