Live plants with breeding

I have been looking and not really sure if anything is better then the other, but I like the Amazon Frogbit the most so far... What plants do you use in your breeding tank?

I use small leaved stems mostly; anacharis, cabomba. When packed together, fish have difficulty going through them - ideal for the female's getaway. Hide outs like caves or large leaves is easily reached by the male - useless if the male is too aggressive.
