Hair advice?

So, I think it's been about 3 years since I've gotten a haircut.

Yeah, I got one right before I started college and...haven't cut it since.

Anyway, I always get really short cuts, like Pixie cuts...which I think suits me pretty well AND it has a lot of benefits...namely, I don't have hair falling everywhere, and it doesn't take hours for my hair to dry.

But I've been thinking of trying a new style.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

My hair is quite thick and curly. Right now it reaches my chest if I straighten it.

The only thing is, I can't be bothered with a lot of hair care. My routine is pretty much shampoo + conditioner...ocasionally a mask...and that's it. I always air dry my hair since I hate blow drying. And then I usually tie it up...yup.

Does anyone have any suggestions for low maintenance hair cuts? And preferably short, since I think they look better on me and having long hair is a hassle...

I've been thinking about a bob, actually, but I hate curly bobs...

Hmm it may depend mostly on your height. I know that I'm almost 6" and a pixie cut (which I DESPERATELY want) would make me look like a pinhead.
The way I fixed my little issue with wanting to change my look was by dyeing a few streaks of red into my dirty blonde hair. Washed out in a few weeks. Does the trick :)

it is hard to say without a picture.

since you have curly hair the inverted bob wouldn't be low maintenance since you would have to straighten it (well i guess you wouldn't haveeee to, but idk what it would look like with curly hair lol), but you get to have the best of both world. shorter in the back, while it angles down an inch or two longer in the front. very very cute.

actually, for curly hair, i think longer is better. i have naturally very curly hair and when i was little my hair was soooo long. i wish i never cut it ugh!
but, the longer your hair gets, the less curly your hair will be because of the weight of the hair, which i really liked.

i dont have any good suggestions but, you could always ask your hair dresser to shape your hair, like adding layers, fringes, tapering etc.

I'm like somewhere between 5'0" and 5'2".

Anyway, there's a picture of me on that topic where the forumers add pictures...I definitely do want short hair though...long hair is too much of a hassle, and my hair is straighter when it's cut short.

My hair is thin and fine and curly and it's cut in an inverted bob. I've been learning to use different hair products to smooth it out. I also use a flatiron on it.
