Betta Predicament

Okay, so I have only a few options here in the Valley of the Sun. If I want a healthy betta, I basically only have two Petsmarts that I can shop at, however they only sell VT and CT. The Petcos here have a slightly better selection, with some DeT, King, HM, VT and CT, however the selection is literally 25% deceased at any given time. My last option is Walmart, which has the absolute best selection (go figure, I found a beautiful healthy orange dalmatian HM a while back) but most of the time their water is clean, but they're swimming in maybe an inch or two of water. Very unnerving.

So as you see, they all have their faults, and I don't know where to buy my next betta. I really don't want to get a VT or a CT (I have a VT which I love and my roommate had a CT that died and that may be a low blow to her heartstrings).

Where do I go?!

I vote walmart! The fish sound beautiful, and have clean water. The one problem is it isn't deep enough, but so long as the fish are healthy and in good condition I say go for it!

If you want a truely healthy betta www.aquabid.com is the way to go! If you don't want to order online I'd go with WalMart.
