ok fungas done, next problem

so i think ive dealt with the fungus now i think he is having trouble passing waste but hes got nothing to pass cause the hasnt eaten anything for two week! and he's lost colour. he seems to sleep alot too, scared me a few times to thinking he had died :'(

Housing
What size is your tank? 3 gallon
What temperature is your tank?
Does your tank have a filter? yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? airstone
Is your tank heated? yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? none

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? bloodworms and some other pellet type things for Bettas but hes not eating any
How often do you feed your betta fish? trying everyday

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? everyday
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? conditioner, stress coat, aquarium salt

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:0
pH:7.4+ (my testing kit only goes to 7.4)
Hardness:2
Alkalinity: ?

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? He's getting smaller and his colour had faided
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? nope
When did you start noticing the symptoms? about 2 days ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? only for the fungus, 2 days ago
Does your fish have any history of being ill? no idea havent had him long enough
How old is your fish (approximately)? 4 months to a year

Are the blood worms frozen or freeze-dried? Can you tell me more about the fungus, and what you used to treat him with? Do you know the temperature of the water?

They are frozen and his tank is constant 80F

The fungus was on the tip of his tail and covered at least half within 2 or 3 days. i used Myxazin to treat it and within about a day the fungus started to fall off taking the diseased tail with it, so he's lost half his tail at this point.

100% water change yesterday and he still hasnt really perked up at all
