Is this safe for my betta?

What do you go think about this? http://lllreptile.com/store/catalog/...ht-black-sand/

Safe for bettas??? I really hate the look of larger size gravel. Never been a fan of it.

Says it's safe for freshwater aquariums. Just rinse it well first and it should be fine.

Thanks for the compliments. It does not cloud the water unlike other types of sand which is a BIG plus for me! And it looks much more modern and sleek than gravel. My ghost shrimps loves it the most. Before, they weren't able to get to some leftover foods that fell in between the gravel. Now it's not a problem. Two thumbs up!
