HELP! How do I reduce the flow of my filter??!???

Mine looks like this....


Any suggestions?

Could you run your outlet into a pipe that runs along your wall and drill holes in said pipe? Instead of having 1 single water dump it would spread it over a greater area and hopefully having numerous smaller outlets would slow your flow.
Just a thought...

Great idea! But it would take the beauty away from my tank :(
Maybe rubberband some type of mesh on the outlet hose?? I dunno.

That's q good idea! This is my baffle using apickle jar to keep the water from coming out to fast:

Actually Bloo, on my filter the outlet is a hose. Not the traditional "waterfall' like most people have.

If your primary concern is aesthetics. Cut a circular sponge baffle that fits inside your outtake tube. Use Aquarium sealant to hold it. This would mean you would need to turn your filter off or at least remove the section of tube assuming it can be detached for 24 hours or so to allow the sealant to dry and hold.
