Yeah...75 is like as high as I go without feeling uncomfortable...96 degrees? I'll happily stick ot my ice and snow.

Congrats on the new tank though! Setting up is one of the funnest parts imo.

Bloom just got put in. :D The filter was too strong so I had to baffle it. Even so, bloom managed to get his fins sucked into the intake. D: I covered that too. He just ate his pellets and he seems to like attacking the filter and hiding behind the heater. :P

Tempreture is the sacrifice I make for my fish. It is so cold in my room in the summer! I have to turn the AC on to keep the tanks at 81*F. Can't really get much lower than that in the summer, though lol.

It is hard to see the snail in the picture. Maybe a rammy.

true...since then i've gotten used to heat. i volenteered at a reptile rescue, had issues with there i dun wanna get in, but yeah. i learned to tollerate very hot and muggy conditions. trick is to relax. if you start stressing from the heat you get worse fast. This is why people in tropical regeons are so laid back... it seriously helps with the heat.

But yeah... you know your nuts when you buy AC for your pets XD

also dont let feeder mice escape. you'll inevitably have to trap them, and even overnight in 85 degrees they get super stinky. sometimes theyd get trapped over a long weekend... PEEEEW

Not really. Buying an AC is SO much cheaper than a $600+ chiller for an aquarium!
