We had recently moved and I hadn't tested the PH of the new water yet... I literally moved a few streets down and I assumed it'd be the same PH as our other house... NOT TRUE! I took the PH today to aid in estimating acclimation time for my imported bettas and it was soft! :D All the tanks are consistently reading 6.5! This is drastically different from my readings at the other house. They were 8.5 over there. Crazy, but it makes me really happy cuz the chemical balance is not too much of a shock for my new babies. Pics are coming soon! They are still acclimating to be on the safe side :)
