So, the lowdown of my "hectic" week lol Last Wednesday, a friend of mine who had a female betta suddenly decided she didn't want her anymore, so guess who got it? Yeah, me. And I had been wondering for the past few days what the heck I wanted to do with her. I had to much of a bleeding heart to take her back to petco, but then again I just didn't want just one female when I have been trying to downsize all my male two gallon tanks.
On Friday, my mom surprised me and bought me a twenty gallon long :D But, I also had a ten gallon I had gotten on Black Friday that I was going to split for two of my males, so then I decided I would split the 20L into three and put my two last boys in the ten. BUT, then I realized that my goal was to "economize" and have the least amount of tanks possible to make things easier to upkeep. So I decided not to put the two last boys in the ten, and just wait for the day I bought another male and buy another 20L.
SOOO, then my mom suggested putting our three baby balloon mollies in the ten, but there SUCH SLOW growers >< We got them as newborns and have had them for two months and they have very barely grown much at all, it probably wouldn't be until 4 more months+ they would be big enough to even bother putting them in such a big tank, and it was irking me to have the ten gallon just sitting around for that long or even longer. So, back to the female, I decided if I'm not taking her back and I don't want to waste one of my two gallons for future males for her, then why not a sorority? I remembered there were two super cute females I liked at petco, but of course didn't buy. So I came on here, did my research on sororities and went out today and bought the other two females, though Im planning to find a fourth.
So, here they are : P
Dot, the one my friend ended up giving to me. (She has a black dot on her "nose", hence the name)
