Tinsel's New Mini Tank

So I moved Tinsel from his bowl to this 1 gal tank. I had it from a previous fish. I hope to move him to a bigger one in the future but I think this will do for now. How does it look? (the white things you see are scratches,
not pollutants in the water! xD)

Also, is this the start of a bubblenest? I found it in Tinsel's bowl before I moved him.

It looks fine. Looks like he has room to swim and he has a cave and a plant.
I have a few one gallons myself, and they are fine to have them in as long as you do a weekly water change!

From my experience with bettas that is a bubblenest. Just keep an eye on it and see it it gets larger.

A one gallon needs water changes every other day, not weekly

It was his first one :) I destroyed it when I cleaned out his bowl, but it wasn't that big anyways..

Lol, if you wanna get a different cave you should consider getting a terra cotta pot for like $1 which he would probably like better. And it'll take up less room, plus there's not a shark on it! Lol

And I always feel a little bad when I have to clean the tank and the bubble nest gets destroyed, but he'll just build a new one lol.

You can use Terra Cotta? I have like a million little ones! Now I'm going to snag one or two little ones and give Drax one or two more little caves XD

Yup! I have two big ones in my tank. Just rinse them off before hand, especially if you used them.
