I know you're probably getting sick of all these threads about Velvet, but I've obviously done something wrong and he is just so sick now!
He's in a 1.75 gallon tank and I'm giving waterchanges every other day and the water stays at 79 degrees. He has internal parasitesand a severe case of SBD. Well, HAD a severe case of SBD. He had it for a few weeks and just got better from that today or yesterday. I've been soaking his pellets in garlic juice in hope that it will eventually clear out the parasites...
But there are so many other things wrong right now. He is lethargic, has stress stripes 24/7, and fin rot! He's also laying on the bottom constantly and only comes up occasionally for a breath and to get his garlic soaked pellets, and of course lethargic. He's also always with stress stripes, before he'd only get them every once in a while right after being netted for a water change. Now he has them permanently, what's up with that?
Well he isn't entirely lethargic, he'll swim around the middle of his tank for a LITTLE bit. I have macaryn 2, BTW. Can it cure internal parasites (If the pellet method works it'll take MONTHS)?
