Favourite cat breed?

Actually, one thing that I like better about cats is that they use a litter box. it's cleaner and easier to tidy up imo. Though yes, sometimes it does smell horrid.

Tsuhei: SO CUTE! I just melted a little. I had no idea about this breed until just now, but their shorter limbs seem like it'd be problomatic for them.

Another thing is it's dangerous to clean litterboxes while pregnant! Just a heads up if anyone likes cats who one day wants kids... They have some nasty stuff in their poo that is not good for babies! So..that's when litterbox cleaning becomes the husband's job! ;)

I don't know why I know this, lol! I think one of my friends had a baby and told me, or it was in a cat book or something!


Also, munchkins are adorable. But all breeds of anything have problems. Flat faced cats have breathing issues, Maine Coons have heart defects, tabby cats can have liver issues.. Just like any pure bred animal, it comes with flaws. The unfortunate thing is with so many pure breds, mutts have become weaker too. Two weak genes together strengthens the genes, but only so much.. The biggest issue with any mutt is the unknown.. At least with a maine coon you know to watch out for their heart, or flat faced any animal you are aware of breathing troubles.. I had to deal with a mutt that developed kidney problems from one parent AND joint problems from the other.. Worst of both worlds, lol! Though of course in general mutts will be healthier..As long as they were bred with care/the puppies were cared for. :)

Munchkins kinda freak me out... But I definatly have to say the snowshoe! They're SO cool looking... too bad they're so rare...

I believe they have hardly any health issues.

I like siamese a lot. I also love calicos, tortoise shells, and tabbies. Pretty much any kitty. If I hadn't married my dog-loving husband, I would've definitely ended up an old crazy cat lady that lives alone with her 12 felines.

I guess you could say Siamese; we had a lovely boy until I was about five years old (he was sixteen when he died btw) and he was very sweet and gentle, which is definately good qualities around small children. :) I have pictures of me as a toddler hauling him around, his feet dragging on the floor. Poor boy!
