Question A Few Questions...

Once Dragon heals I plan on getting a sorority of four females in a 10 gallon. But I have a few questions.

1. How do I keep one female from eating more food than another?

2. Do you know where I can get a 10 gallon under $60? I'm not using Craigslist, so don't even try.

3. How can I get them used to each other?

4. How big (ft.) is a 10 gallon?

5. Other than Petco, what is a store that always has females?

Thanks!

It's best to have 5-8 females in a 10g sorority :) I'd add another girlie ;)

Also, I believe you can get a whole new 10g kit in petstores for alot less than 60$!

Petsmart did have over the weekend a 10gallon with hood and filter for 19.99 so you would just need a heater and decorations. I have also heard others say that Petco had a great deal on 14 gallon. I think for under 40.00?? I saw AWESOME female Bettas at Petland the other day. I am throwing around the idea of a sorority too....good luck!

I'd say no more than 6. 8 would be pushing it IMO.

10 G Tank

If you don't have a Petco or Petsmart handy, just try Walmart.... I don't recall exact prices, but they have good deals on 10G and even 20G tanks.

Good luck -- let us know how the sorority goes!
