5 gallon tank maintenance

How often and how much of the water would I need to change weekly in a 5 gallon unfiltered tank? I will probably have 1 or 3 females bettas (not 2) and will put live cabomba in the tank.

In a 5gal unfiltered with live plants with 1-3 adult fish....water changes of 50% twice a week with a monthly 100% or add a sponge filter or another type of small filter and go with 1- 50% weekly.....
